BIKEPACKING
BC GRASSLANDS
In June 2024, I bikepacked the BC Grasslands Route with my bff Jackson. It was his first bikepacking trip. It was awesome. I shot 3 rolls of film (Ektar 100, Portra 800 + Cinestill 400D) and one roll of Super 8 film. Route info here
We heard some memorable quotes from people along the route, including:
“God hates a coward”
“I go to them circle churches — that way the devil can’t corner me”
“Sell your couch so you don’t get comfortable”
“If I was a horse I’d be shot” (Ok, this one was Jackson when I told him to move those horse legs on one of our final climbs lololol)
